About me
I am a qualified nurse, midwife, family planning nurse, practising health visitor and community practice teacher. In 2001 I developed a passion for complementary therapies following receiving some reflexology treatments myself.
I am qualified to internationally recognised standards. My professional organisation is the
Association of Reflexologists which means that I am governed by Codes of Practice and Ethics, and that I have all the appropriate insurances as a professional therapist. Since doing my initial training, I have gone on to specialise in my particular areas of interest and experience. To date, I have gained further advanced reflexology qualifications in: Reflexology for Maternity and Fertility (infertility): and
Light Touch Reflexology (sometimes referred to as: Reflextherapy).
I am also an advanced clinical hypnotherapist and a member of the
General Hypnotherapy Register ,
National Guild of Hypnotisits and an associate member of the
Hypnotherapy Association. It is my experience that reflexology and hypnotherapy work particularly well together for treating fertility issues. So I have added a qualifications as a practioner of
The Fertile Body Method and
HypnoFertility. I am also

I am an accredited healer with the
College of Psychic Studies and a member of the
NFSH (National Federation of Spiritual Healers). I am a Reiki Master / teacher in both Usui and Seichem Reiki.
