Hypnotherapy

• HypnoBirthing Course for individual couple. £395 per  couple                                      The 12 hour course is spread over four or five sessions to suit your cicumstances.  Generally this would be in the comfort of your own home. An additional charge may be applied depending on distance to be travelled. HypnoBirthing course book, CD's and handouts are included.  
  A reduced rate of £325 is available if you prefer to have a private course in my home.                                       
  

Courses and workshops

• HypnoBirthing Couples Course. £245 per couple. 
  Four or five consecutive Friday evenings 7.15pm - 9.45pm or four 3hr classes on a Saturday held at my home in north Watford or other local venue depending on numbers attending. Women and their birthing partners to attend all classes. Maximum of 6 couples in each class. HypnoBirthing course book, CD's and handouts are included.
